Executive Coaching/Thought Partnership
Leadership is often a lonely endeavor. Having someone to work with to share ideas, process occurrences, and brainstorm problems and solutions with, can make a world of difference for a leader's longevity in the role, and degree of satisfaction. North Star is able to meet weekly or biweekly in person (in some locations) or virtually to provide a listening ear, to problem solve, and to provide guidance and counsel.
Performance Management
Ongoing performance management is essential to improve employees skills and competencies so they are able to perform at optimal levels and meet organizational goals. Performance management includes formal management structures, but more importantly, it includes informal structures such as one-on-one meetings, side-by-side coaching, goal setting and data analysis, reflective practices, and ongoing precise feedback and coaching.
